Registering for Athletics is a 3 Part Process 

Create a Home Campus Athlete Registration using the link below, print out a copy of the physical clearance form and bring to your doctor to get signed. Once your registration is complete, you will be prompted to sign up for the ImPACT Baseline Cognitive Test. All of these should be completed prior to the first day of tryouts!

If you are new to Home Campus, you will need to create an account. This athlete clearance account should be used to register each student for every sport they play at San Marin High School. 

• You will need to register for EACH SPORT your child(ren) plays.
• If possible make a donation to the program.  Each program is funded from the generous donations of families like you! 
• If you need assistance with your registration, call Home Campus at 562-206-2486 or visit the website and click the Help button at the bottom right of the webpage.
• It will be helpful to have the following information handy when completing your online registration.
  • Health Insurance Information (Carrier and Policy Number)
  • Doctor Information (Name and Phone Number)
  • Emergency contact information

This form is to be turned in ONCE PER SCHOOL YEAR and should be dated after JUNE 1, 2024.
Forms should be uploaded into your Home Campus account or turned into the Athletic Director' Office, located in the front office. 

ImPACT - Baseline Cognitive Test

All students must take the Baseline Cognitive Test ONCE per school year.  This test is administered by the onsite athletic trainer. The test is offered at the end of the summer and during the school year. Sign up early to assure you get it done before your sport begins.
